Return & Refund
Return requests is to be placed within 3 Days of product delivery.
Customers can go to their Order Detail page from My Account section and can place Return Request. The Return request button will only be available for 3 days after the Product gets delivered.
In case of return you'll get full refund via the payment link we'll share with you. You can redeem your refund either with UPI or Netbanking.
You'll Will Receive Refund Within 24 hours after the Return Product Reaches our Warehouse.
Customers will be allowed to initiate Return/Exchange free of charge only once; however, any subsequent returns/Exchange will incur an additional fee of ₹150 per Item.
Cancellation
A customer can cancel the order only within 24 hours of placing the order & not beyond 24 hours
In case of cancellation and the order Placed is Prepaid, the refund might take 2-3 working days to reflect in customer's account from the date of cancellation
